The rules regarding your access to TSA have changed (also known as Tax Sheltered Annuity, Tax Sheltered Account, 403b plans).  By January 1, 2009 your employer must decide on what company or companies you will be able to access.

Some of the revised regulations have already taken effect and may already limit your investment options.

If you have a TSA, and you can answer yes to any of the following questions you should attend this valuable workshop:

           1)  Are you preparing to retire in 2008 or 2009?
              2)     Are you currently or will be over age 59 ½ in 2008 or 2009?
              3)  Are you changing employers or have you changed employers in the past?
